About the Role
Adobe is seeking an AI Engineer to build scalable AI platforms, design machine learning pipelines, deploy large language models, and deliver end-to-end AI solutions for customer-facing use cases. The role involves platform engineering, MLOps, LLM optimization, distributed training, and collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable customer-facing AI platforms.
- Evangelize AI platforms with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Design ML pipelines for experiment management, model management, feature management, and model retraining.
- Implement model A/B testing and scalable inference APIs.
- Design and deploy large language model serving solutions.
- Optimize and fine-tune LLM and LVM models for improved performance and efficiency.
- Deliver end-to-end AI solutions from development through production deployment.
- Implement DevOps and LLMOps best practices.
- Work with containerized and distributed AI workloads.
- Communicate AI strategies, architecture decisions, and outcomes to technical and business stakeholders.
- Drive innovation through experimentation and adoption of emerging AI technologies.
Requirements
- Expertise in MLflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, and Azure AI.
- Strong experience designing and managing machine learning pipelines.
- Experience implementing model serving and inferencing at scale.
- Deep understanding of GPU architectures.
- Experience with distributed training and serving of large language models.
- Experience with DeepSpeed and vLLM.
- Strong understanding of model fine-tuning and optimization techniques.
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
- Experience with Flowise, Langflow, and LangGraph.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to explain complex AI and ML concepts to technical and business audiences.

- Experience presenting AI strategies and business impact to senior leadership.
- Experience leading cross-functional engineering discussions.
- Strong interest in emerging AI research and technologies.
