AI Engineer - Agentic AI

About the Role

Pragma Edge is hiring AI Engineers to design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems using Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, and autonomous multi-agent architectures. The role involves building AI-powered solutions, optimizing models, integrating research advancements, and developing scalable AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement agent-based architectures and multi-agent workflows
• Build autonomous AI systems for orchestration and decision-making
• Integrate LLMs with tools, APIs, and memory systems
• Fine-tune and adapt pre-trained language models
• Develop NLP solutions for summarization, classification, and text generation
• Pre-process and analyze large datasets
• Collaborate on scalable data pipeline development
• Implement evaluation metrics and optimize AI model performance
• Partner with research, product, and engineering teams
• Maintain technical documentation and communicate findings
