Responsibilities

• Identify workflow inefficiencies and automation opportunities
• Build and test AI prototypes, chatbots, and workflow automations
• Support pilot deployments and track usage metrics
• Research emerging AI tools and trends
• Create documentation, prompt libraries, and reports
• Collaborate with delivery, support, and customer success teams
