About the Role
Airbus India Training Centre is hiring a Training Admin Intern to support training administration, scheduling, compliance documentation, and stakeholder coordination activities. The intern will work closely with trainees, instructors, operations teams, and airline customers to ensure smooth delivery of training programs.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate training schedules including ground school, simulator sessions, and aircraft training.
- Schedule and assign instructors while ensuring compliance with duty limitations.
- Manage and publish trainee and instructor rosters.
- Coordinate training logistics including classrooms, simulators, materials, travel, accommodation, and visa support.
- Maintain trainee records in the Training Management System.
- Track attendance, training progress, assessments, and flight hours.
- Verify trainee eligibility and compliance requirements.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Prepare course completion certificates and qualification documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for trainees.
- Support instructors with administrative requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth training delivery.
- Manage communication with airline customers regarding trainee progress.
Requirements
- Student currently pursuing a degree.
