Content Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate new web-based content sources for onboarding.
• Configure, maintain, and monitor content ingestion and web scraping processes.
• Review content processing alerts and ensure content quality.
• Troubleshoot content-related issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and content providers.
• Provide third-level support for content inquiries and escalations.
• Monitor content workflows, generate reports, and maintain request logs.
• Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and onboarding processes.
• Perform quality assurance checks on content categorization, tagging, and processing.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, analysts, and content vendors.
