About the Role

Analog Devices is hiring an Associate Analyst, Supply Chain Planning for its Gandhinagar office. The role focuses on supply chain analytics, planning issue resolution, process improvement, automation, and system support. The candidate will work closely with supply chain analytics and system teams to drive continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain KPIs and drive corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot complex planning issues and propose solutions.
• Develop supply chain functionalities and business processes.
• Improve data analytics, governance, and automation.
• Support users on system issues and process documentation.
• Monitor and maintain supply chain system processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams.

Requirements

• BE/BTech graduate.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on SQL/PLSQL skills.
• Experience with Tableau and Advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• High ownership and accountability mindset.
• Python knowledge is an advantage.
• Machine learning exposure is a plus.
• Flexibility to work across different time zones.
