About the Role
The Associate will provide back-office support involving data entry, document verification, data validation and identity verification processes while ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
Responsibilities
- Examine identity documents and verify authenticity using defined procedures
- Extract and validate required information from submitted documents
- Compare identity documents with provided information and live images
- Perform data entry and data quality checks
- Follow standard operating procedures and process guidelines
- Share process insights and improvement suggestions with the team
- Support document verification and printing-related activities
Requirements
- Graduate in any stream
- Proficiency in English reading, writing and speaking
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to interpret and follow SOPs
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Good typing speed with minimum 25 WPM and 90% accuracy
