Associate Software Engineer

About the Role

Zowork is hiring Associate Software Engineers for frontend and backend development roles. The position is open to freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience, including internships and training programs.

Responsibilities

• Work on real-time software development projects
• Write clean, efficient and maintainable code
• Debug, troubleshoot and resolve software issues
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Improve technical skills through continuous learning
• Follow engineering best practices and code quality standards

Requirements

• B.Tech, B.E. or MCA in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline
• Strong foundation in frontend or backend development
• Familiarity with version control, APIs and debugging workflows
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship, freelance or project experience in software development
• Exposure to Agile development practices
• Strong interest in learning new technologies and solving technical problems
