About the Role
The Analyst will support Barclays Banking Operations by managing finance and payment operations while ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely transaction processing. The role involves handling customer queries, supporting operational processes, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and maintaining service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Process inward and outward transactions, including cross-border payments.
- Handle payment schemes such as IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, and NACH.
- Ensure accurate, error-free, and timely transaction processing.
- Process transactions in accordance with service level agreements and regulatory requirements.
- Provide resolutions for customer queries through multiple communication channels.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support client requests.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and risk management teams to meet customer needs.
- Support business operations teams including risk management, compliance, and collections.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and customers to support smooth operational processes.
- Manage risk and strengthen controls within assigned responsibilities.
Requirements
- Understanding of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to learn quickly and work with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of banking operations and payment processing.
