About the Role

Join Cognizant as part of the Digital Workplace Practice team to provide IT service desk and technical support services for enterprise users.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT support issues
• Log, track, and resolve service desk tickets within SLAs
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Escalate and coordinate complex technical issues with internal IT teams
• Maintain and contribute to knowledge base documentation
• Support end-users across diverse geographies and environments
