Junior Engineer – Engineering Change Management

Responsibilities

• Create and manage part numbers, BOMs, and AVL records in Agile and Baan systems.
• Download, release, and maintain customer product documentation.
• Support Engineering Change Order (ECO) processes during New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Release part lists to production for new products and engineering changes.
• Create, review, route, track, and distribute ECOs using PLM systems.
• Coordinate with process, product engineering, and materials teams on product updates.
• Review engineering drawings and change requests for implementation.
• Respond to stakeholder queries related to engineering changes.
• Ensure compliance with process metrics and project timelines.
• Support manufacturing sites globally in engineering change management activities.
