Intern - Customer Service

Responsibilities

• Generate, analyze, and share operational reports.
• Monitor email alerts, customer cases, and service queues.
• Support customer order management and backend processing activities.
• Respond to customer emails and follow up on requests.
• Maintain customer, order, and subscription information in CRM and ERP systems.
• Monitor customer backlog and process order changes.
• Support audits, compliance activities, and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with automation and operational excellence projects.
