About the Role

Join the Industrial Engineering team to support new product development, manufacturing optimization, process improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of new product prototype projects
• Collaborate with engineering, suppliers, manufacturing, and purchase teams
• Identify manufacturing issues during design reviews
• Perform risk assessments during design phases
• Develop manufacturing process standards and routings
• Conduct work measurement and process optimization studies
• Design and develop jigs and fixtures
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues
• Generate cost-saving and process improvement ideas
• Support production and supplier development activities
