About the Role
HP is hiring a Worldwide Supply Planner to drive end-to-end global supply planning across a multi-regional supply network. The role focuses on demand translation, inventory optimization, supply planning, risk mitigation, stakeholder management, and analytics-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain global supply plans aligned with demand forecasts.
- Convert unconstrained demand into realistic supply plans.
- Ensure alignment between global and regional supply execution.
- Optimize inventory positioning and service levels.
- Manage inventory investment, safety stock, and aging risk.
- Identify and mitigate excess, obsolete, and slow-moving inventory.
- Analyze supply constraints and develop mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with demand planning, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and finance teams.
- Support Supply Review discussions within S&OP and IBP processes.
- Present supply risks, trade-offs, and recommendations to leadership.
- Build what-if scenarios for business decision-making.
- Monitor supply planning KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
- Support planning system automation and enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Knowledge of supply planning and analytics concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Learning agility and customer-centric mindset.
Preferred Skills
- SAP S/4HANA.
- Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Analytics certification.
