About the Role
Kyndryl is hiring Infrastructure Specialists to provide technical support for mission-critical technology systems. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network infrastructure issues while supporting customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for infrastructure and network environments
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system issues
- Handle escalated technical incidents and service requests
- Perform installation, move, add, and change (IMAC) activities
- Support data backup and restoration activities
- Assist with customer installations and technical training
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Ensure SLA compliance and complete administrative tasks
