About the Role
The IT Customer Service Representative is responsible for resolving customer-reported system and application issues, providing technical support, troubleshooting problems and ensuring timely resolution while meeting service level agreements.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of customer issues and provide resolutions
- Research, diagnose and troubleshoot system and application problems
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
- Install and configure applications and operating systems
- Maintain accurate issue logs and technical documentation
- Update knowledge base records with technical solutions
- Track and manage issues until closure as per SLA requirements
- Learn and support emerging technologies as required
Requirements
- Graduate in any stream
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education
- Good technical and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with current technologies
- Tech-savvy mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Azure or AWS
- Experience with operating system deployment and configuration methods
