About the Role
As an Analyst in the Data, Analytics and Reporting Team, you will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple levels of management to provide data-driven solutions that support business objectives. The role involves data analysis, reporting, automation, dashboard development, and identifying opportunities to generate business value.
Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large volumes of information
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex datasets
- Develop innovative methods for managing, transforming, and validating data
- Build reports, dashboards, and automation solutions
- Provide analytical solutions for business partners
- Assess and implement new tools and technologies
- Support day-to-day business operations and functional activities
- Ensure projects are completed within established timelines
- Identify risks, opportunities, and potential solutions
- Participate in cross-functional teams as a Data Analytics subject matter expert
- Resolve customer and business issues with urgency
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field
- Ability to write and understand SQL
- Knowledge of Python
- Data analysis skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn
