Junior Developer – BMC Helix Platform

About the Role

Junior Developer role focused on supporting the development, configuration, and maintenance of business workflows within the BMC Helix ecosystem. The position works closely with senior developers and IT Services teams to improve IT service management processes and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle incidents and service requests in BMC Helix following ITIL processes and SLA targets.
• Assist in development and configuration of BMC Helix solutions including ITSM, Digital Workplace, and Innovation Studio.
• Support implementation of workflows, forms, and automations.
• Maintain and improve workflows aligned with ITIL practices.
• Document configurations, workflows, and technical changes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.
• Follow development standards and best practices.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
