About the Role

Join the HRO Employee Lifecycle Management team to support HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, onboarding, transfers, and workforce administration activities.

Responsibilities

• Support HR operations and employee lifecycle management
• Handle onboarding, transfers, and organizational changes
• Manage employee data updates and HR helpdesk activities
• Coordinate with staffing teams for hiring discrepancies
• Process terminations and employee status updates
• Support payroll, visa, immigration, and compliance-related activities
• Assist managers with employee lifecycle transactions
