About the Role
Meesho is hiring a Trainee - Recruitment Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team in managing interview scheduling, candidate coordination, recruitment operations, reporting, and hiring processes. This role offers exposure to recruitment metrics, stakeholder management, and talent acquisition operations in a high-growth organization.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.
- Manage end-to-end interview coordination.
- Support virtual hiring drives and recruitment events.
- Create and manage job postings.
- Assist with resume screening and application reviews.
- Communicate feedback and updates to candidates.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and hiring teams.
- Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards.
- Update hiring and candidate data regularly.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
- 0-1 years of experience preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
