About the Role
This apprenticeship role supports seller account management for key fashion brand partners on the Myntra platform. The role focuses on building seller relationships, driving business growth, improving operational performance, and using data-driven insights to enhance customer experience and category performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with seller stakeholders across operational and leadership levels.
- Act as the seller's representative internally and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
- Set performance expectations, growth plans, and business objectives with sellers.
- Create and execute strategic account plans to identify and drive business opportunities.
- Support revenue growth through product listings, catalog expansion, promotional initiatives, and marketplace growth opportunities.
- Lead improvement initiatives and collaborate with Business Development, Product, Merchandising, Operations, and Onboarding teams.
- Consult sellers on inventory management, shipping performance, customer service metrics, and product information quality.
- Identify operational defects and implement corrective actions to improve customer experience.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on seller performance, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
- Prepare business reports, performance reviews, and growth recommendations for sellers and internal stakeholders.
- Convert data insights into actionable business plans.
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret data and identify business performance drivers.
