Associate Engineer

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support client network infrastructure and managed services environments.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents and service requests.
• Provide support through ITSM tickets, chat, and other support channels.
• Perform maintenance activities including patching, configuration changes, and routine operational tasks.
• Follow standard operating procedures and ensure proper shift handovers.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Support disaster recovery activities and project-related tasks when required.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computing, or equivalent.
• Understanding of enterprise networking technologies and ITSM processes.
• Ability to work in an operational support environment.
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to work across diverse teams.
