About the Role

ReleasePoint is hiring Process Associates for its Hyderabad operations. This is a non-voice process role involving medical records and US insurance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Work on non-voice medical records and US insurance processes
• Review and process documentation with high accuracy
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics
• Collaborate with team members and share process improvements
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Support team goals and operational targets

Requirements

• Graduate in BA, BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, Pharmacy or related disciplines
• Excellent reading and comprehension skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good decision-making abilities
• Willingness to work from the Hyderabad office (Work From Office)
• Ability to learn quickly and take accountability for work

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Medical Records
• Understanding of US Insurance processes
• MS Office tools proficiency
