Responsibilities
- Manage process transactions according to quality standards
- Handle client requests through phone and email channels
- Document customer information and issue details accurately
- Track queries and resolution activities using designated systems
- Follow standard procedures to resolve client issues
- Maintain knowledge resources and customer support documentation
- Escalate unresolved issues to team leaders when required
- Provide product support and troubleshooting assistance
- Process customer interactions accurately using tracking tools
- Conduct follow-ups and collect customer feedback
- Participate in training programs and continuous learning activities
Requirements
- Higher Secondary or Graduate qualification
- Excellent English communication skills
- Excellent typing skills
- Knowledge of basic computer operations
- Strong listening and customer service skills
- Willingness to work late evening and night shifts
- Ability to work from office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in US Healthcare processes
