About the Role
The Product Support Intern will work with global customers and internal teams to support Zycus' AI-driven procurement solutions. The role provides exposure to enterprise SaaS products, customer support, troubleshooting and product operations.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through email, chat and calls
- Support Source-to-Pay procurement applications
- Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to resolve issues
- Assist with product configuration and incident management
- Participate in user acceptance testing and validation activities
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives
- Analyze customer requirements and recommend solutions
- Ensure timely and high-quality customer support
Requirements
- MBA or B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Mechanical or related fields
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of technical concepts and SaaS products
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and collaborate with stakeholders
