About the Role
PTC is hiring an Associate Product Analyst to support global customers using Windchill PLM products. The role involves troubleshooting, product support, issue resolution, knowledge base contribution, and collaboration with engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Support customers with Windchill installation, configuration, and functionality issues.
- Troubleshoot and investigate technical problems.
- Create software configurations and reproduce customer issues.
- Collaborate with R&D and QA teams for issue resolution.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Assist with technical training and support activities.
- Provide support to global customers.
Requirements
- BE in Computer or IT preferred.
- BE Mechanical, E&TC, or Electrical with CDAC/equivalent certification can apply.
- 0-2 years of Windchill administration or related experience.
- Freshers with strong Java and Database knowledge can apply.
- Good understanding of Java and databases.
- Basic Windows/Unix administration knowledge.
- Basic networking knowledge.
- Strong communication skills.
Preferred
- Oracle Certified Associate Java certification.
- Oracle Database Administration certification.
