About the Role
The Associate Success Guide helps Salesforce customers maximize value and improve product adoption through one-on-one success guidance. The role partners with Success Managers and Sales teams to drive customer engagement, adoption, and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one expert coaching sessions and respond to Success Requests.
- Share best practices, product education, and technical guidance across Salesforce products and clouds.
- Drive proactive customer engagements to accelerate feature and cloud adoption.
- Support customer migrations and end-of-life communications.
- Lead consultative customer interactions and collaborate with cross-functional Success teams.
- Contribute to team development through mentoring, enablement initiatives, and content creation.
- Participate in ongoing product learning and provide feedback to improve internal programs.
- Complete all required company and role-specific training programs.
Requirements
- Graduated in 2025.
- GPA of 7.0 or above.
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
- Engineering degree preferred.
- Comfortable working in AMER hours.
- Strong customer-first and consultative mindset.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting customer-facing presentations and engagements.
- Ability to support Success and Sales teams in driving customer value.
- Ability to manage customer objections and prioritize issue resolution.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
