About the Role

Simple Logic IT Pvt. Ltd. is hiring freshers for Oracle DBA and Middleware Admin Trainee positions. Selected candidates will receive training and work on Oracle database administration and middleware technologies while supporting enterprise IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Oracle database administration activities.
• Support middleware administration and monitoring.
• Learn database backup, recovery, and maintenance processes.
• Monitor database and application performance.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues.
• Support enterprise IT operations and deployments.
• Maintain documentation and operational records.
• Participate in training and knowledge transfer programs.

Requirements

• BE, B.Tech, ME, M.Tech, MCA, or M.Sc.
• Only IT, Computer Science, or related specializations.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Willingness to attend in-person interviews.
• Comfortable with a 3.3-year training agreement.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and learning aptitude.
