Software Engineer

About the Role

Principal is hiring a Software Engineer to build, maintain, and support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using modern automation platforms. The role involves automation development, testing, DevOps adoption, production support, Agile collaboration, and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver automation solutions following engineering best practices
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing
• Support and maintain production automations
• Participate in code reviews, pairing, and knowledge-sharing activities
• Drive DevOps practices and automation delivery improvements
• Collaborate with Agile teams and business stakeholders
• Identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions
• Participate in organizational initiatives, proof-of-concepts, and innovation projects
• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards
