Software Engineer - DevSecOps

About the Role

The Software Engineer - DevSecOps will support Dassault Systèmes' Continuous Delivery Development Environment used by internal engineering teams to build and deliver SaaS cloud solutions and AI-powered applications. The role focuses on developer support, CI/CD troubleshooting, incident management, root cause analysis, documentation, and collaboration with DevOps, AI, Cybersecurity, QA, and Infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide support through email, chat, and ticketing systems
• Troubleshoot CI/CD pipeline, deployment, build, and environment issues
• Resolve access, provisioning, configuration, and performance problems
• Perform incident triage and root cause analysis
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
• Execute shift handovers and escalation procedures
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, Cybersecurity, AI, and Infrastructure teams
• Participate in knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support internal developers using Continuous Delivery platforms
