About the Role

Work on production-grade AI/ML systems powering intelligent talent matching, screening, and vetting solutions for global clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve ML-powered matching and ranking systems
• Work on semantic scoring and search intelligence models
• Contribute to data pipelines, experimentation, training, and deployment
• Process structured and unstructured data from resumes and job descriptions
• Experiment with LLM-based intelligence components
• Contribute to end-to-end AI system architecture
