About the Role
Syniverse is looking for enthusiastic graduates to join its Graduate Apprentice Program. This 12-month apprenticeship program provides exposure to the business world through meaningful work experience, professional coaching, training, and participation in day-to-day business operations and projects.
Responsibilities
- Work across different functional areas during the apprenticeship period
- Participate in day-to-day business activities and projects
- Complete assignments designed to develop competencies, skills, and interests
- Assist within assigned departments while learning about other business functions
- Prepare presentations and complete evaluations and assessments
- Attend training sessions and information programs
- Accept, respond to, and implement feedback
Eligibility
- Full-time graduates with first-class academic performance throughout education including graduation
- Candidates from Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Accounting, or related business/STEM disciplines
- Candidates must have passed every semester/year in the first attempt with no backlogs
- Candidates should have appeared for final engineering examinations in the year of selection only
- Graduates must not exceed 3 years after completion of their college education
Requirements
- Interest in the Technology or Telecommunications industry
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
